ACCOMMODATION

Shell Seekers accommodation comprises two Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom and a large Entrance Hall with Porch.
 Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed, bedside tables, large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a large chest of drawers.Both bedrooms have digital TVs with integral DVD players.
The Lounge has a south facing aspect with double glazed door leading to the secure back garden. There are two large sofas, one of which will fold out into a double futon for extra accommodation. There is also a single armchair and several occasional tables. A digital TV with integral DVD player is also provided.
The Bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, a toilet, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.
The south facing Kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven/grill, hob cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a small table and two chairs. Plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. A double glazed door leads to the back garden.
All the rooms lead off the large Hallway which also has a coat cupboard.  The hoover, iron and ironing board and an additional table are kept here.  The Entrance Porch is large enough for plenty of muddy/sandy shoes and boots and can be locked for security.
 

The Front Garden is laid to lawn and there is sufficient room in the driveway for up to two vehicles.  A locked area could also accommodate a small boat or trailer.
The secluded south facing Back Garden is also laid to lawn with flower beds.  There is a small patio area at the back of the house with a bench and garden table.  The rotary washing line is behind the garage. 
 

The Garage houses a tumble dryer and further garden furniture.  There are also a couple of Barbeques available for use.
